Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve had the chance to truly sit down and have a heart-to-heart with you all like this. Sometimes, amidst the hustle and bustle of modern life, it feels like all of us are running a relentless marathon, doesn’t it?
I’ve definitely had those days where I felt completely burnt out, questioning what the ultimate destination of all this striving was. I realized that we often focus too much on the big things externally—the distant goals, the expectations of others—and forget to take care of the small ‘home’ inside ourselves.
My journey recently has been about learning to slow down. Learning to find peace right in the smallest things: a morning cup of coffee, the sound of the rain, or simply taking one really deep breath. I’ve stopped trying to solve every problem all at once, and instead, I’m learning to accept that everything takes time to heal.
If you’re feeling a little lost or off-balance too, I want to tell you that you are not alone. Give yourself permission to rest, to be vulnerable, and most importantly, to love yourself. Because the greatest peace always starts right here, in your own heart.
